RSGTB Dry Type High-voltage Testing Transformer is one of the
important product for testing the performance of electrical
equipment. It is widely applicable to the power system, rural
power, railway, oil field, substation, (hydro) power plant ,mine
enterprises, high-tension laboratories of colleges and scientific
research units. The product can test the insulating strength of
different kinds of electrical equipment, electrical elements and
insulating materials, etc., check the product insulation level,
find insulation defects of the test objects, and evaluate the
capability of insulating materials of products in withstanding
internal and external over voltage.
This series of dry type high-voltage testing transformer use
advanced insulating materials and high quality magnetic alloy
materials, it's produced by epoxy vacuum casting and new process of
CD type iron core. Compared to the similar product of oil-immersed
transformer, it has a lot of advantages like damp proofing, dust
fastness, flame retardancy, low loss and low noise, and
qualitatively, this new design improves the insulating strength,
meanwhile it can withstand the short circuit impulse current
without damaging the equipment. The product has small volume, light
weight, attractive appearance, stable performance, and portability
for site operation, it is currently an upgraded new AC-DC
high-voltage testing transformer in China. It passed the test from
the National Center for High Voltage Measurement, according with
ZBK41006-89 standard requirement.

Technical Parameters
Our company has successfully researched the inflatable light-weight
testing transformer after years of efforts. Compared to the
traditional oil-immersed light-weight testing transformers, this
series of products is 20%-60% lighter (depending on the voltage and
capacity levels), and has no oil contamination. The voltage level
of single testing transformer can reach to 300kV. Because of using
of the new production process, the product technical performance is
much improved, and the product is especially applicable to the use
under the site working and frequent moving.
